  • You may return the product free of charge through our delivery representative, provided that the return is made at the time of delivery and immediately after inspection.

  • Returns are not accepted after order confirmation unless you have received an incorrect product that differs from your order.

Refund Conditions:

  • If the return meets the conditions above, the full amount will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of return or refusal to receive the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.

Exceptions:

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was sent in error.
